Many other double twist buncher models only have one stranding bow, which means the machine vibrates heavily when running at high speeds—this not only affects stranding quality but also shortens the machine’s service life.

Q2: What material is used for the stranding bows?

Ans: In addition to the double-bow design, we use carbon fiber as the material for the stranding bows of our double twist bunching machine. Carbon fiber has better stiffness and is much lighter than spring steel (a material commonly used in other manufacturers’ products).
